SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped from Mentor, Ohio. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TIMEFRAMES

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Generic Jerk is not responsible for carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

OHIO AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 US states. Ohio orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days given our location in Mentor, OH.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at hello@genericjerk.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

FTC COMPLIANCE

In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing window, we will notify you with a revised shipment date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
