30-DAY TASTE GUARANTEE


If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the product. We stand behind what we make.

- A brief description of the issue


We will respond within 2 business days and process your refund or replacement promptly.


REFUND METHOD


Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS


If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@genericjerk.com. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice.
